St.
Jude Medical needed a comprehensive training tool to orient existing
customers – expert users – to new features and enhancements included
with the new release of EnSite version six software. No existing
training materials were available when creating this module.
Alloro
provided instructional design, scripting, production and hosting
services. Full motion video at a resolution of 1280x1024 was
captured using an Alloro proprietary system, edited and compressed
into very high quality streaming Flash video and combined with
additional elements to create this module. Throughout the 6 week
production schedule the software was undergoing changes up to a week
before final delivery.
